Terms and Conditions
Welcome to your upcoming dumpster rental with DumpStor of Murfreesboro (DS). Please review and
sign the terms and conditions below, prior to scheduling delivery. Acknowledgment and signature of
these Terms and Conditions will be kept on your account for future rentals.
- Restricted Items:
Hazardous Waste – The waste material to be collected and disposed of by DumpStor of Murfreesboro
(DS) shall not contain hazardous, toxic, or radioactive waste, municipal solid waste, asbestos, liquid
waste, contaminated soil or drums and tanks, or any amount of waste listed or characterized as
hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any other applicable
federal or state law or agency. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DS against
any damages, fines, or penalties arising from the transportation of the above material.
Appliances/Tires/Mattresses – Restrictions and fees will apply to appliances, refrigerators,
freezers, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, and TV’s.
Aggregate – We do not allow aggregate material, specifically dirt, concrete, brick and asphalt. - Equipment Responsibility/Liability: Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the
equipment (boxes), other than normal wear and tear. The customer will be responsible for ensuring that
legal loading equipment is used and will indemnify DS for any overweight fees, assessments, or
charges of any type incurred while hauling on behalf of the customer. DS is not responsible for items
put into the rented dumpsters by neighbors or other individuals while a customer has taken possession of the rental. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DS against all claims, penalties, suits,
damages, and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property from Customer’s
use, operation, or possession of any equipment or material provided by DS. - Pavement Damage: Although DS will take preventive measures to protect driveway surfaces,
The customer agrees that DS will not be responsible for any damage to the Customers’ pavement,
asphalt, or curbs resulting from the weight of the vehicles servicing, picking up, or delivering
equipment. - Box limit: All boxes no matter what the size, DO NOT FILL ABOVE TOP OF THE DUMPSTER
and do not put items sticking above the top of the box that may damage the transportation tarps.
They also must be kept within DOT restrictions as to the gross weight of the box. There will be
additional charges at a rate of $140/ton for any tonnage over the tonnage allowance on the rental.
Any and all fees, fines, and citations, as a result of the customer’s use, will be the responsibility of the
customer.
Tonnage allowances: (May vary per specific terms
12 YD Open Top: 1 ton included in price. 4 tons max capacity
20 YD Open Top: 2 tons included in price. 4 tons max capacity
- Rental Usage: Dumpster rental period is for 7 days from delivery. It is the responsibility of the
customer to notify DumpStor for dumpster pickup by telephone or by email. Any dumpster rental days after
the initial 7-day dumpster rental time period, is priced at $20/day. Any pricing is on a per dumpster,
one-time usage of dumpster. Once DS is asked to terminate, dump, or swap out dumpsters, it ends
the rental period for the dumpster. If additional dumpsters are rented, it marks the start of new billable
services.
- Servicing of Dumpster: It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that DS has clear and
open access to the dumpster being serviced. If DS cannot pick up or service a dumpster that was
called in by the customer, due to any kind of obstruction, there may be a $150 attempt fee.
Obstructions can include vehicles/items placed in the way of the dumpster, overhead power lines or
tree branches blocking dumpster placement or limited space maneuverability to be able to safely
service the dumpster. The dumpster must be placed on flat ground, asphalt, or gravel surfaces. Also, there
will be additional fees, if upon arrival for delivery or pick up, the customer is not ready or access is
delayed. - Permits: Each municipality/town/city has its own different regulations and permit requirements
concerning placing dumpsters in the street, private properties, and any other public right of way. It is
the responsibility of the customer to contact/purchase and supply any necessary permits. DS is not
responsible for obtaining any permits. - Payment: Customers must pay for all rentals upon order to be scheduled for delivery. We
Accept All Major Credit Cards.
By providing DS with your credit card information, you authorize DS to charge your credit/debit card
the cost of the rental of the dumpster and any extra fees associated with the rental of the dumpster
that may incur, including but not limited to overweight fees, daily rental over allowed days, attempt
fees, and restricted material fees. - DumpStor Pro Storage: For the DumpStor Pro dumpster, no material may be left in the Storage
portion of the dumpster upon pickup. This portion is strictly for on-site project storage unless agreed
upon in advance with DS that the storage portion may be used to separate scrap metal from waste
debris. - Machine Packing Notice: DS does not allow machine packing of dumpsters. Use of outside
dumpster compacting service companies can result in damage to unit fees, tonnage overage fees or
discontinued service.
By signing the agreement, Customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated above and hereby
authorizes Federal Roll-off and/or DumpStor. to use the credit card given for the amount agreed upon
per dumpster and applicable fees. I further state that I am an authorized signer for the credit card
provided.
